The sale will be conducted in a commercially reasonable manner. No sealed bids will be accepted. Terms of sale: wire. Payment must be made within 24 hours of auction close.
Sale of the manufactured home does not include a right to tenancy or lot rental. Any purchaser wishing to keep the home in the park must separately apply for tenancy and meet all park rules, screening, and approval requirements.
The home is a pre-June 15, 1976 mobile home. Buyer is specifically advised that relocation, permitting, installation, utility connection, financing, insurance, and lawful occupancy of pre-1976 mobile homes are frequently restricted or denied. Idaho law may require substantial rehabilitation, inspection, and issuance of a state certificate of compliance before a relocated pre-1976 mobile home may be installed or occupied. In many cases, older mobile homes cannot be economically, legally, or practically moved or reinstalled.
